Moses the Raven

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the rules for using Moses the Raven, the music streaming service provided by Zess Labs LLC. It applies to all listeners, whether you use free previews or a paid music membership. By using the service, you agree to follow this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

Personal listening only

Your access is for personal, non-commercial listening. You may not use the service to broadcast, publicly perform, or retransmit the music — for example in a venue, stream, podcast, video, or business setting — without permission from the rights holders.

You may not copy, download, record, rip, redistribute, sell, or share the recordings or artwork, except where the service itself explicitly offers a download. Screen or audio capture tools used to extract music from the service are prohibited.

Accounts and access

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must not share, sell, or transfer your membership or account access to anyone else.

Do not attempt to bypass preview limits, paywalls, or other access controls, and do not access full-length recordings without a valid membership.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the service to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe intellectual property or other rights of any person.
  • Commit fraud, send spam, or engage in deceptive or misleading activity.
  • Distribute malware, probe or test vulnerabilities, or interfere with the security or operation of the service or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content, data, or metadata by automated means, or use bots or scripts to access the service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service, except where permitted by law.
  • Interfere with other listeners' use of the service or with the networks connected to it.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend, or terminate access for material breaches, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated violations of this policy. We may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Where reasonable, we will notify you before suspending or terminating access.

Reporting and questions
