Music access and accounts

Public listeners can hear 30-second previews. A music membership provides personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to full-length recordings while your membership is eligible. Shop and other non-music pages remain public. A membership does not transfer ownership of music or grant commercial, resale, or redistribution rights.

Keep your sign-in account secure, provide accurate information, and do not share access or use another person's account without authorization.

Price, renewal, and cancellation

The membership costs $10 USD per year, plus applicable taxes, and renews annually until canceled. Cancel through Account → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves access through the paid-through date. Failed renewal returns listening to previews until successful payment is verified. A verified full refund or chargeback ends paid access for that subscription.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape protected content, circumvent access restrictions, or redistribute recordings without permission.

Zess Labs LLC retains its rights in the service, software, documentation, and branding. Recordings and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. No ownership rights are transferred to listeners.

Availability and suspension

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated policy violations. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
