Data and purposes

We process your account identifier and email address supplied through Google sign-in to create your account and identify your membership. We store subscription and payment reference identifiers, membership status, and billing-period dates to provide paid access, manage cancellation, and reconcile payment problems. We do not receive your Google password or store full payment-card details.

Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, device and browser information, request logs, and error diagnostics to deliver the service, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse. If you contact us, information you provide is used to handle your request.

Legal bases are performance of our agreement for account and membership services, legitimate interests for security and service reliability, and legal obligations for records required by law. Where consent is required for optional processing, that processing requires consent.

Sharing

Lovable Cloud and its hosting, authentication, and storage providers process data to operate this service. Google supplies sign-in identity information. Paddle receives your account reference and processes sales, subscription management, payments, taxes, invoicing, and payment support as Merchant of Record under its own privacy notice.

Information may also be shared with professional legal or accounting advisers and authorities where legally required. Data may be processed internationally by service providers; applicable transfer safeguards must be used where required by law.

Retention and security

Account and membership data is kept for as long as needed to provide access, resolve payment disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal recordkeeping obligations. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary, subject to required retention. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls; no service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies or browser storage support sign-in, session security, and checkout. The app stores sign-in session data and a pending checkout reference; payment and identity providers may use essential cookies for their flows. No optional analytics or marketing cookies are added by this app. You can manage cookies and site storage through browser settings; blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in or checkout.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to your relevant privacy regulator. Where applicable, requests are answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions and identity verification.
